Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

By Eneszti Creative Design
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- incorrect or incomplete customer information
- suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
- technical errors affecting product pricing or availability
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of our handmade-to-order products, the right of withdrawal is limited or excluded in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe your order is eligible for a return due to a defect or an error on our part, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
If a return is authorized:

All content, products, designs, written materials, and the underlying personality‑type‑based entrepreneurial framework are the intellectual property of Eneszti Eszter Novak and Eneszti Design Studio.

- naming systems
- the Brand With Essence® methodology
Some visual elements may include licensed graphics, which are legally purchased and integrated into original designs.
The final product composition remains proprietary.

Service Security
Users must not engage in illegal activities, spam, or misuse of the Service.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to network overloads or technical limitations.
In case of service interruption, we will restore functionality as soon as possible.

Book Restoration & Conservation Services
1. Nature of the Service
Book restoration is a handcrafted, highly individualized service. The final result depends on the condition, age, materials, and structural integrity of the book or document. The purpose of restoration is stabilization, preservation, and aesthetic improvement — not returning the item to a “brand‑new” state.
2. Estimates and Price Adjustments
All price estimates are based on the photos and information provided by the client.
After physical inspection, the final price may differ if hidden damage, structural issues, insect activity, or additional restoration needs are discovered. Any price adjustment will be communicated before work begins.
3. Limitations of Liability
The service provider is not responsible for:
- pre‑existing or hidden damage not visible in the photos,
- deterioration caused by age, humidity, insects, or fragile materials,
- future deterioration after the restoration is completed,
- any damage occurring during shipping or delivery handled by third‑party couriers.
The goal of restoration is to stabilize and preserve the item, but long‑term durability cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of antique materials.
4. Delivery and Collection
Responsibility for the item transfers:
- to the client once the restored book is handed over in person, or
- to the courier service when the item is shipped.
The provider is not liable for loss or damage caused during transport.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Book restoration is a custom, made‑to‑order service.
Once the restoration work has begun, the client cannot withdraw from the contract (in accordance with EU consumer regulations for personalized services).
