Due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery delivery times may be delayed. Orders may take longer than usual to receive due to reduced shipments or restrictions from which you order.

Orders are sent by mail twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Mail within Spain is now delivered in normal time, taking 2-3 working days with Standart shipping. International orders can take 5 to 15 business days, depending on whether you are ordering from within or outside Europe. I can’t guarantee these delivery times, but I will do my best to send your orders as quickly as possible.

CUSTOMS

Orders sent out of the EU will be accompanied by a customs label. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.

DELETIONS

If you want to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been placed yet, I can send you a refund. If it has been sent, please read the return policy below.

RETURN

If you would like to return the items, please contact me as soon as possible.

Please return the product intact within 14 days. If I receive the goods back in the same condition as they were sent, I will process the refund or exchange within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
