Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain: 2–3 business days (standard shipping)
  • Europe: approx. 5–10 business days
  • International: approx. 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or postal delays.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Eneszti Design Studio is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

Order Cancellations

As our items are handcrafted and made to order, we can only process a cancellation if the order has not yet been processed.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Quality Policy

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email hello@eneszti.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  • If an item is found to be defective, we will provide instructions for a return or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs for defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
    However, if you ordered the wrong planner size or product variant, you may return the unused item for a refund and place a new order for the correct version.

    Digital Files – Returns Policy

    Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase.
    For this reason, all digital sales are final, and refunds cannot be issued.

    If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us within 7 days, and we will be happy to help.

    Processing Times

    Most orders ship within 1–5 business days.
    During busy seasons, current processing times will be displayed in the website banner.

    Please remember:
    Many of our products are handmade or made to order, and we do not keep large quantities in stock.

    General Shipping Notes

    • Please double‑check your delivery address before completing checkout.
      We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
    • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
    • Weather, holidays, and postal delays may affect delivery times — these are outside our control.

    International Shipping

    International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
    You will never be charged more than the actual shipping cost.

    Please note:

    • Customs or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
    • In rare cases, international orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
