Shipping Information

  • Processing Times: Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. During busy seasons, updated processing times will be displayed in the website banner.

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are typically dispatched twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Spain: 2–3 business days (standard shipping)

    • Europe: Approx. 5–10 business days

    • International: Approx. 10–15 business days (in rare cases, up to 30 days)

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or postal delays, which are outside our control.

  • International Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight. You will not be charged more than the actual shipping cost.

  • Customs & Import Fees: For orders shipped outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

  • By the Customer: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us with your order number, name, and delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • By Eneszti Creative Design: We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect or incomplete customer information, suspected misuse/fraudulent activity, or technical errors affecting pricing/availability. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade-to-order products, the right of withdrawal is limited or excluded in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email at hello@eneszti.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number (and photos, if applicable).

  • Authorized Returns: If a return is authorized, items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging and documentation.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. If any part of the product is missing or damaged, the refund may be denied.

Exchanges & Digital Files

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or variant, you may return the unused item for a refund and place a new order for the correct version.

  • Digital Files: Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase; therefore, all digital sales are final. If you experience any issues with your files, please contact us within 7 days.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
