When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 3–10 business days.
Every item is made with care, and many products are created to order.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes — you can choose tracked shipping at checkout.
We highly recommend selecting this option, as standard shipping does not include tracking or insurance.
If a standard‑shipped order is lost, we are unable to refund or resend it.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Delivery times vary by country.
If your order was shipped with tracking and appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

If standard shipping was selected, we unfortunately cannot replace or refund lost packages, as this method does not include insurance.

International Shipping (including EU customers)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import charges that may apply in their country.
These fees vary by location and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, Eneszti Creative Design by Eneszti Design Studio is not responsible for customs charges or delays.

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Because many items are made to order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order cannot be cancelled.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we will always do our best to help.

During sale periods, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be edited once they are placed.
Please double‑check your address and items before completing checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping with tracked delivery.

Can you combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders.

Sale Terms & Conditions

All sale orders are final.
Discounted orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
If freebies are included with a discount, they are calculated after the discount and before shipping.
Discount codes can be used on all items unless a listing specifically states otherwise.
